Shipping & Returns
Delivery time is 5-12 business days internationally.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. You can check the latest updates by clicking on the link in your shipping confirmation email.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact our support team within 15 days of receiving the products.
Please contact our customer care team within 15 days from your order delivery date. To expedite your claim, please include photographs of the product. We will process all claims as soon as possible to ensure you receive a replacement item free-of-charge.
Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
